80's Women's Fashion Disasters

When you think of 80's women's fashion, who and what comes to mind? Madonna? Jennifer Beal in Flashdance? Or maybe yourself in tight, acid stone washed jeans? Does it make you cringe to even think of such disasters? Because let's face it, the 80's were not a good time for the fashion industry. Who in their right mind would ever want to bring back huge shoulder pads, neon colors, t-shirts with clips at the side, overly teased and hairsprayed hair, leg warmers, jellies sandals, slap bracelets and off the shoulder tees and tops. Ewwwww! This whole decade was decadent and embarrassing! I have to admit I am guilty of some of the fashion crimes mentioned above but the epitome of ugly 80's fashion to me is Madonna.
